Encourage. Educate. Empower.
Explore Brightness Positive Health Development’s EndoThrive program.
Where endometriosis meets structure, strategy, and support.
Because complex conditions require collaborative, whole-person care
that integrates every part of your health.
Brightness PHD helps people authentically reclaim their health through holistic, evidence-based support rooted in empathy, collaboration, and health psychology. We encourage, educate, and empower you to trust your body’s brilliance, make aligned and informed choices, and thrive mentally, emotionally, and physically in a life that reflects your inner wisdom and self-worth.
You’re here because something doesn’t feel right in your body
and you’ve been trying to make sense of your symptoms.
You’ve been told your symptoms are “normal.”
That your pain is part of your cycle.
That your labs look fine.
And yet, your daily experience tells a different story.
You may be living with ongoing pain, fatigue, bloating, brain fog, or changes in your mood and energy that affect every part of your life.
You’ve likely spent time trying to understand what’s happening in your body — researching, asking questions, and seeking care — while still feeling unclear, unsupported, or dismissed.
When symptoms don’t fit neatly into one explanation, it can be difficult to find care that sees the full picture.
Endometriosis and other complex conditions require more than surface-level answers.
They require thoughtful, collaborative care that considers every part of your health.

No. Many people experience symptoms for years before receiving a formal diagnosis, and some never receive one.
If you are experiencing symptoms consistent with endometriosis or other complex hormonal conditions, we can still work together to better understand your body and explore supportive strategies.
-
No. EndoThrive is a coaching and educational program designed to complement, not replace, medical care.
You are encouraged to continue working with your healthcare providers. My role is to help you better understand your symptoms, navigate your options, and coordinate care in a more informed and supported way.
-
Endometriosis and other complex conditions often affect multiple systems in the body.
My approach focuses on whole-person health, integrating physical symptoms, mental and emotional well-being, lifestyle factors, and collaborative care. The goal is to move beyond isolated treatments and toward a more comprehensive understanding of your health.
-
People I work with often experience a range of symptoms, including:
• Pelvic pain
• Pain with menstruation, ovulation, or throughout the cycle
• Fatigue or exhaustion
• Brain fog
• IBS-like symptoms
• Bloating or abdominal discomfort
• Mood changes and dysregulation
• Hormonal fluctuationsSupport is tailored to your specific experiences.
-
EndoThrive is not therapy. While we discuss the psychological and emotional impact of chronic symptoms, the program is focused on education, health coaching, and helping you better understand and navigate your health and care options.
-
This work is not about quick fixes. Many people experience increased clarity about their symptoms, improved ability to navigate healthcare decisions, and greater stability in how they manage their health over time.
-
EndoThrive may be a good fit if you:
• Are living with ongoing symptoms that impact your daily life
• Feel that your symptoms haven’t been fully understood
• Want to better understand your body and your options
• Are looking for structured, collaborative support
The Brightness Journey
After over a decade of living with undiagnosed endometriosis, Dr. Sarah turned years of pain and dismissal into fuel for positive change. Her journey through misdiagnosis, research, and self-discovery inspired Brightness PHD—a space where others feel empowered, supported, and validated as they learn to own their health.

Dr. Sarah also supports teens and young adults as they learn to understand their mental and physical health and gain autonomy over their bodies.
Blending academic expertise with lived experience, Dr. Sarah creates inclusive, research-informed spaces where individuals feel validated, supported, and equipped to speak up for their needs and use self-management strategies to improve their overall health.
