EndoThrive Program Terms of Service
Brightness Positive Health Development LLC (Brightness PHD) created the EndoThrive Program to be a 6-month integrative health coaching, education, and support program designed for individuals with endometriosis seeking structured, collaborative support. The program includes a 60-minute intake visit, a personalized Brightness Blueprint care plan, biweekly 1:1 sessions, weekly group sessions, weekly voice memo support, weekly open office hours, monthly webinars, basic labs with review of findings, ongoing educational resources, and unlimited email support.
EndoThrive is a coaching and educational program and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical psychotherapy. Dr. Sarah Cummins holds a Ph.D. in Psychology; however, she is not a licensed psychologist and does not provide clinical mental health services. This program is designed to complement, not replace, care from licensed medical and mental health professionals. Participants are encouraged to maintain ongoing relationships with their licensed providers.
Upon opting into SMS communications, participants may receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, program-related announcements, webinar reminders, check-ins, educational notifications, and support-related communication. Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin after opting out, you must opt in again through the original sign-up method (website form, consent form, or program enrollment process). Once you re-enroll, SMS messaging will resume.
